- Marine life rescue, rehabilitation and release.
- Education for over 10,000 campers each year and support for educational outreach programs.
- CMA’s Sea Turtle Conservation Program that monitors approximately 21 miles of Pinellas County beaches during sea turtle nesting season and continually raises awareness in the community with regard to sea turtle conservation.
- CMA’s efforts to connect with children and adults all over the world who have been inspired by the rescued animals at CMA. Our mission and potential to change lives differentiates CMA from any other aquarium.
- Research efforts to better understand animal behavior, illness, treatment and endangered species protection. Working with scientific and conservation partners, we protect marine animals and their habitats.
