DESCRIPTION:Join CMA for a relaxing evening Yoga Nidra session with incredible dolphin views! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\n\n\n\nJoin Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a relaxing\, guided meditation between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm! \n\n\n\n(Dolphin) Dive into zen with 60 minutes of self-care relaxation while practicing Yoga Nidra. The session will be followed by 30 minutes to meditate or to watch the dolphins. This class is held in a covered outdoor space in front of the underwater dolphin viewing area.  \n\n\n\nA blend of gentle movements will guide you into a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Most commonly translated as “sleep yoga\,” this ancient practice has been found to reduce tension\, anxiety and insomnia. Research shows that 30-40 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. Bring your yoga mat\, a bolster or pillow\, blocks and a blanket. Support our mission of rescue\, rehabilitation and release of marine life by attending the event\, buying raffle tickets\, purchasing extra bingo cards or making a donation. \n\n\n\nDoors open at 5:15 PM and the event will be held in the Jacobson Ballroom. We will also be hosting a reverse raffle. Only 20 tickets will be sold – each ticket is $100.00. \n\n\n\nHow a reverse raffle works: Every ticket in the raffle pool is drawn and the winner of the raffle is the LAST raffle number pulled. The winner will be announced during the event. The prize of our reverse raffle will is a 14k white gold bangle with 1.48 total carat diamond weight. The retail price is $2\,250. \n\n\n\nTickets and Sponsorships\n\n\n\nPurchase your tickets before the event. You must be 21 years and older to attend. \n\n\n\nTitle Sponsor: $5\,000\n\n\n\nCompany Name/Logo/Family/Donor Name on all event advertising and event program.
