DESCRIPTION:Embark on a marine life journey with your own canvas. Get creative and be amazed at the work of art you can create with incredible dolphin views! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\n\n\n\nJoin Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a creative DIY event on February 11th! \n\n\n\nExpand your creativity by discovering a new skill\, perfecting your talent\, or trying something new and fun! We are hosting a local artist who will guide you step-by-step as you paint your way through a marine life journey with your own canvas. Take home your very own work of art\, while supporting our mission!  \n\n\n\nCouples will complete the paired painting shown above. Individual painters will complete one half of the painting.  \n\n\n\nThis event is held in a covered\, outdoor space in the Stone Dolphin Complex\, in front of a beautiful underwater window. \n\n\n\nPaint for a Cause is a 14+ event and all experience levels are welcome. \n\n\n\nBeer\, wine\, and champagne will be available for purchase. There will also be an assorted dessert tray which includes a miniature black cherry cheesecake coupled with an assortment of petit fours\, macarons\, cake pops and chocolate covered strawberries. Activities will include classroom activities the explore the Florida pre-kindergarten standards\, interactive games\, and fun facts about the animal of the month! \n\n\n\nFebruary 15: Squishy Bones\n\n\n\nIn this one-hour program\, you will learn about what you have in common with fish like sharks and rays! Sink your teeth into using your thinking skills to compare sharks and rays while looking at shark jaws and other biofacts. SUMMARY:Dolphin Yoga Nidra
DESCRIPTION:Join CMA for a relaxing evening Yoga Nidra session with incredible dolphin views! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\n\n\n\nJoin Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a relaxing\, guided meditation between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm! \n\n\n\n(Dolphin) Dive into zen with 60 minutes of self-care relaxation while practicing Yoga Nidra. The session will be followed by 30 minutes to meditate or to watch the dolphins. This class is held in a covered outdoor space in front of the brand new underwater dolphin viewing area.  \n\n\n\nA blend of gentle movements will guide you into a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Most commonly translated as “sleep yoga\,” this ancient practice has been found to reduce tension\, anxiety and insomnia. Research shows that 30-40 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. Bring your yoga mat\, a bolster or pillow\, blocks and a blanket.
