DESCRIPTION:Join CMA for a relaxing morning Yoga Nidra session with incredible dolphin views! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\n\n\n\nJoin Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a relaxing\, guided meditation between 8:45 am and 9:45 am! \n\n\n\nThe Feb. 20 session has been rescheduled to Feb. 27 due to cold weather forecast. \n\n\n\n(Dolphin) Dive into zen with 60 minutes of self-care relaxation while practicing Yoga Nidra. A blend of gentle movements will guide you into a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Most commonly translated as “sleep yoga\,” this ancient practice has been found to reduce tension\, anxiety and insomnia. Research shows that 30-40 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. Bring your yoga mat\, a bolster or pillow\, blocks and a blanket. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.  \n\n\n\nThis class is held in a covered\, outdoor space in front of the brand new underwater dolphin viewing area. \n\n\n\nThis is a 14+ event and all experience levels are welcome. Tickets do not include admission to the aquarium. \n\n\n\nDolphin Yoga Nidra (18+) \n\n\n\n8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. \n\n\n\nPrice: $30.00 Non-Member / $25.00 Member \n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\nCMA has implemented significant additional safety precautions to protect staff\, animals\, and guests while ensuring a fun and educational visit with limited guests. \n\n\n\nDolphin Yoga Nidra is offered select Saturdays.   \n\n\n\nPrices\, dates\, times and other details subject to change.
