DESCRIPTION:Join CMA for a relaxing evening Yoga Nidra session with incredible dolphin views! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Event\n\n\n\nJoin Clearwater Marine Aquarium for a relaxing\, guided meditation between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm! \n\n\n\n(Dolphin) Dive into zen with 60 minutes of self-care relaxation while practicing Yoga Nidra. The session will be followed by 30 minutes to meditate or to watch the dolphins. This class is held in a covered outdoor space in front of the underwater dolphin viewing area.  \n\n\n\nA blend of gentle movements will guide you into a deep state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Most commonly translated as “sleep yoga\,” this ancient practice has been found to reduce tension\, anxiety and insomnia. Research shows that 30-40 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep. Bring your yoga mat\, a bolster or pillow\, blocks and a blanket.
