DESCRIPTION:Join us for Dolphin Family and Kids Yoga taught by Karen Malo\, certified Kidding Around Yoga teacher and CMA’s Inspire Team Supervisor. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Program\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEnjoy this fun and unique family yoga program in the Ruth & J.O. Stone Dolphin Complex with a view of the resident dolphins! \n\n\n\nKidding Around Yoga (KAY) provides an amazing curriculum designed to motivate children to be active\, build confidence\, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day to day activities. KAY is stress management for kids. Kids and families will benefit from all of the traditional benefits of yoga-meditation\, breathing techniques\, peace and deep relaxation.  \n\n\n\nKAY encompasses the 5 branches of yoga in a clear engaging method.  A typical KAY class gets the children singing\, dancing\, skipping\, marching\, jogging\, shaking\, laughing\, hopping\, limbo-ing and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic yoga to original; KAY music. It is so much fun\, your kids will love it!   \n\n\n\nMore information about Kidding Around Yoga can be found at KiddingAroundYoga.com.
